Product Description

GasGuard 500 is a cementitious lining system used in corrosive concrete environments where corrosion protection and strength are needed.  GasGuard 500 is composed of a blend of calcium aluminate aggregate, fibers and pure fused calcium aluminate cement.       

The mortar can be hand or spray applied to a nominal thickness of ½” up to 2” in depth.  Thicker applications can be achieved by applying in successive lifts.  

The GasGuard system is the result of over 25 years of R&D with protective coatings in corrosive environments and was designed to be a far superior lining solution to conventional surface coatings.
